Most of us live busy and stressful lives where we are under pressure to get things done or be somewhere by a certain time. Our minds are full of what needs to be done or even sometimes going over what has been. We rarely pause to appreciate the present moment. This constant ‘busyness’ may lead to various health problems. Physical and mental health and general well-being can be improved by mindful practice and the qualities of mindfulness can be developed in our lives in the same way as learning a new skill.
We would like to invite unpaid carers to a series of 6 Mindfulness Classes!
The classes will be facilitated by Lynne Crow from Black Crow Holistics and will take place on Wednesdays 4:00pm – 5:30pm on the following dates:

Our Blairgowrie Day Centre has been shortlisted for a Bags of Help grant. We offer a respite service up to 3 days each week and need your help to purchase new furniture for our Centre.
The Bridge Project will be for unpaid carers whose caring role has changed due to bereavement or the cared for person entering long-term care.
