6 FREE Mindfulness Classes for Carers

8th August 2018

Most of us live busy and stressful lives where we are under pressure to get things done or be somewhere by a certain time. Our minds are full of what needs to be done or even sometimes going over what has been. We rarely pause to appreciate the present moment. This constant ‘busyness’ may lead to various health problems. Physical and mental health and general well-being can be improved by mindful practice and the qualities of mindfulness can be developed in our lives in the same way as learning a new skill.

We would like to invite unpaid carers to a series of 6 Mindfulness Classes!

The classes will be facilitated by Lynne Crow from Black Crow Holistics and will take place on Wednesdays 4:00pm – 5:30pm on the following dates:

  • 26th September
  • 3rd October
  • 10th October
  • 17th October
  • 24th October
  • 31st October
