Young Carers - Carers Under 16 Years 

Referral Form

Young Carers are aged between 8-15 years old and care for a family member of any age, due to disability, mental illness, chronic/terminal illness or problems relating to substance misuse.

Young Adult Carers - Under 25

Referral Form

As part of the Carers Hub we have a Young Adult Carers service (YAC) which is specifically aimed at carers aged between 16 to 25 years.

Adult Carers - Over 25

Referral Form

Carers come from every walk of life. Regardless of age, gender or culture, if you are looking after another person on a regular basis, you are a carer.

Carers Trust Scotland and Scottish Patient Safety Programme for Mental Health are holding an event for mental health carers, service users and staff on 24th October, Dewars Centre, Glover Street, Perth, PH2 0TH, 10.30am-2.15pm.  Tea, coffee and buffet lunch included.
